Terms of Service

Version 2.0 · Effective 1 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Nyks Solutions ("ScorelyLab", "we", "us") for the use of the ScorelyLab website, app, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who are we

2. What ScorelyLab is

ScorelyLab is an information service. We publish football match statistics and probability analysis for the leagues we cover, including estimated probabilities for match outcomes such as the match result and both teams to score, lineups, injuries, head-to-head records, league tables, and a public record of how our past analysis performed.

Premium also shows how our probabilities compare with publicly listed market odds from third-party bookmakers. This comparison is shown for information only.

ScorelyLab is not a bookmaker and does not offer gambling. We do not accept, place, or broker bets. We do not run any game, contest, lottery, or competition with a prize. We do not pay out winnings. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or paid by any bookmaker, and we do not link to betting sites.

Nothing in the Service is advice. Probabilities are estimates. Past accuracy does not predict future results. You alone decide what you do with the information, and you carry the full responsibility for any decision you make based on it.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old. We ask for your date of birth at signup and we will close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

Registration is available to residents of the European Union, Norway, and Iceland. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

You may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your password and login secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Free and Premium

The Service has a Free tier and a Premium subscription.

Free gives you a limited part of the analysis, with daily limits and limits on how many teams and leagues you can follow. Premium removes those limits and unlocks all markets, analysis for the days ahead, the odds comparison, and live probabilities while a match is being played.

The exact features and limits of each tier are shown in the app and on our pricing page. We may change the features or limits of a tier. If a change materially reduces what your paid Premium subscription includes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Premium subscription, price, and payment

Plans. Premium is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The current prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription price at the start of each billing period. We do not store your full card details.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, until you cancel. We send a receipt for each payment to your account email.

Free trial. If we offer a free trial, its length and conditions are shown before you start it. A trial that requires a payment method converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. We will remind you by email before the first charge.

Price changes. We may change the price of Premium. A price change applies to you from your next renewal, and only after we have told you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will tell you and Stripe will retry. Premium continues for a short time while the payment is retried. If the payment still fails, your account returns to Free until payment is made.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel Premium at any time from your account settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep Premium until then, and you are not charged again.

We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period after cancellation, except where the law gives you that right, including the right of withdrawal in section 7.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, Norway, or Iceland you have the right to withdraw from a Premium subscription within 14 days of the day you first subscribe, without giving a reason.

When you subscribe, Premium starts immediately. By choosing to start it immediately you ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportional amount for the days Premium was active, in line with consumer law.

To withdraw, email hello@scorelylab.com from your account email with the words "I withdraw from my ScorelyLab subscription", or use the form below. We confirm receipt by email and refund within 14 days to the payment method you used.

The withdrawal right applies to the first purchase of a subscription. Each renewal of an existing subscription is not a new purchase.

8. Refunds outside the withdrawal period

If the Service is unavailable for a long period for reasons within our control, or if we have made a billing error, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund or credit where appropriate. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these Terms.

9. Responsible use

ScorelyLab is for adults who want information about football matches. If you choose to bet with a third party, that is your decision and your responsibility. Bet only what you can afford to lose, and never treat our probabilities as a certainty.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. If you would like us to close your account and prevent you from re-registering, email hello@scorelylab.com.

10. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • copy, scrape, or redistribute our analysis, probabilities, or data at scale, or resell them;
  • use automated tools to access the Service other than through interfaces we make available for that purpose;
  • attempt to bypass tier limits, access controls, or payment;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to operate a betting, tipping, or gambling business.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a serious breach, we are not obliged to refund the current billing period.

11. Content and intellectual property

The ScorelyLab name, logo, design, text, and analysis belong to Nyks Solutions or our licensors. Match data, statistics, team names, and logos belong to the leagues, clubs, and data providers that own them and are shown under licence. You may share a match page or share card using the share features in the app. You get no other rights to our content.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Match data and odds come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service develops.

13. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of money, winnings, or profit arising from decisions you make using the Service, including any bet placed with a third party. For other losses, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in that period.

14. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We cancel any active subscription when you do. You can export your data before deletion.

We may close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the Service. If we stop the Service, we will give paid subscribers at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For a material change we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, and we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you may stop using the Service and cancel Premium before the change applies. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.

16. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria.
